Join expert wildlife carver Rex McHail for a lesson in wildlife soap carving at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Children ages 7 through 12, accompanied by an adult, are invited to participate in the workshop. Children will learn the basics of carving and create their own wildlife sculpture out of a bar of soap. The workshop is scheduled for Saturday March 10 at 1 pm at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center.
