Waterfowl Identification Workshop

A Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge volunteer will present a three hour program on refuge's waterfowl species. He will cover the natural history and distinguishing features of ducks. It is the height of waterfowl migration and the refuge is one of the best birding spots in the area. Let a knowledgeable birder teach you identification tips. The program will take place at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center on Friday, January 12, 2007 at 9 am. Program will consist of a presentation at the Visitor Center and a driving tour on Black Point Wildlife Drive.
