Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is proud to present a photography program by local nature photographer Joel Reynolds. Through a presentation of his photographs, Joel will share how he became interested in nature photography and how he was able to improve his images. In addition, Joel will convey through his imagery and field experience, the beauty and harsh realties of the natural world.
Joel's digital images are mainly taken from locations throughout Brevard County. Joel worked for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center for 30 years, and retired as the Center's Safety Director.
The program is for Thursday, April 26 at 2 pm at the Merritt Island NWR Visitor Center. Please contact Nancy Corona at 321-861-0668 or by email at Nancy_Corona@fws.gov to make reservations. The Visitor Center is located on SR 402, 5 miles east of U.S. 1 in Titusville.
